  If you want to go to a Church where you are Welcomed with Open Arms then Byrd's Chapel is the one. Everyone is so open to discussions and they do it with not just their minds but also their hearts. The Songs sung at Byrd's Chapel nurish your soul and even if you don't know the words they stay in your heart and mind. They sang a song that had the words of the simple, loving things Jesus does for us everyday. One of the lines was "And he put shoes on my feet". Now everytime I see a little pair of shoes I think of the love I felt in that little Church and Thank God for his people there. Pastor Faison is a down to earth kind of man and the things he teaches us are in terms any age can understand. You can talk to him about anything and really listens to you and offers his words of Wisdom straight from his heart. From the youngest person there to the eldest you will find smiles and words of encourgement. Byrd's chappel is not just made up of not just stick and stone. What makes Byrd's chapel is the pure Love you feel when you first touch the ground the church is built upon. Thank you to everyone that made me feel so welcome when I first went to your Church. I intend on going again and again. God Bless and Keep You All Close Always.... And this child of God says........... Amen.
